Where do Zadar Adventures trips leave from?
From a base on the Old Town's main street, so the meeting point is where most visitors are already staying or walking. That saves the early morning trek out to a bus station that some park tours require.
Can a Plitvice trip end at the airport instead of Zadar?
The operator sells transfers alongside its excursions, which is what makes that possible. Plitvice lies roughly on the road inland towards Zagreb, so finishing at Zemunik or at another city can be arranged rather than doubling back.
Which national parks are covered?
Plitvice and Krka inland, and the Kornati by boat. Krka is about an hour south of Zadar and Plitvice around two hours inland, so both work as full days rather than half days.
Does the price include the park ticket?
Entry to each park is charged by the park and not always bundled into a tour fare. Ask at booking, since Plitvice in particular uses timed entry that has to be secured in advance in summer.
When is the best time to book a Zadar day trip?
Early in the stay and early in the season. Summer demand fills the small coaches days ahead, and keeping spare days at the end of a trip gives a weather-cancelled Kornati sailing a second chance to run.
