Fish is the business here, whole and by weight, along with shellfish and a raw plate for those who want it, cooked plainly enough that the catch has to be good. The wine list is Croatian and long. Book a terrace table well ahead in July and August, because there are only so many of them and everyone wants the same hour of the evening.
